Do I need to complete the program in 30 days?

No, you will have lifetime access to your Burnout to Bliss Program so you can take as long as you like to complete it. 

Having said that, it is designed to be completed over the 30 day timeframe so that you get a beautiful momentum happening and move away from that feeling of burnout and overwhelm sooner rather than later. Amen to that!  

Just be aware that if you decide to take longer, you may not feel that same sense of momentum and progress as you would if you move through the program consistently over 30 days. 

Can I repeat the program again?

YES! You will have lifetime access to the Burnout to Bliss Program so you can come back to it anytime you like. You may like to revisit particular audio trainings if you need a refresh / reminder, or you may have a fave meditation that you would like to listen to regularly. Or if down the track, you feel like things are getting on top of you or you have slid back into some old habits, you may like to work through the program again, in its entirety . It is yours to keep forever so it will always be at your fingertips if you need it. 

How much time will I need to invest in the program?

You will only need to carve out 10-15 minutes a day and it doesn’t have to be all at once, you can do it in chunks if necessary, which makes it very doable.

This is designed for mamas, by a mama who knows exactly how all-consuming life with a little one is! I know it feels like there is never enough time for YOU so this has been created to suit even the busiest of mamas! To give you more of an idea…

  • You will receive one audio training via email every second day to allow you the time to implement the small action step from the training. These audios are around 5 minutes in length – you can listen when you have a quiet moment, or when you are feeding, driving, walking, naptime etc. 
  • You will also receive instant access to all of the content and you will have lifetime access to this content
  • The action steps are bite-sized so that you can easily fit them into your schedule, even with the constant demands of a little one.
  • Each meditation is no more than 5-6 minutes and can be done when you snuggle into bed at night if you find it challenging to fit it in while the kiddies are awake.
  • The exercises in the workbooks can either be done whilst listening to the audio classes or you can come back to these in your own time. 
  • There are bonus actions and journaling for those days that you have some extra time up your sleeve but don’t worry, you will absolutely reap the rewards of this program even if you are not able to manage the bonus action.

Will I be able to ask specific questions and receive personalised support when I need it?

This program is exclusively an online product that is designed to be is self-paced, without any personalised support. Everything you need to work through this program is included and you are guided to use the specific workbooks or meditations throughout each module. 

If you decide you require more in-depth support or have questions, you can choose to add a 1:1 Life Coaching package so you can chat 1:1 with Cherina to receive personalised coaching, support, feedback and advice.

I’ve never meditated before / find meditation challenging. Will I still benefit from this program?

I am a Certified Results Coach, Life & Mindset Coach and meditation guide and have learned ground-breaking techniques to help people live a life they love! I have training and experience coaching in several different modalities and have had over 15 years experience in 1:1 mentoring and workshop design and facilitation.
